Bill Stickers is innocent humorous
In the 1960s, people in the UK made an attempt to reduce Fly-posting (sticking illegal posters or notices on public walls, fence, etc.) and warning notices were put up with the legend 'Bill Stickers Will Be Prosecuted'. Then waggish fly posters were made with 'Bill Stickers is Innocent' notices as a pun on "Bill Stickers..."
Do you see anything wrong?
If you swallow the bait, you take something that someone offers you, or agree to do something that someone asks you to do without knowing that it is a trick or way of getting something from you.
You can't just do whatever he wants you to do. Don't swallow the bait.
