Here/there (one) goes again phrase spoken informal
The phrase is always used in the present tense.
"Here we go again" is used in a different context, indicating "we're about to go through the same thing we've gone through previously."
Used to say when someone is doing the same annoying thing that they have done before.
Here she goes again, complaining about the restaurant service.
There he goes again, buying unnecessary things.
"The elevator is broken" - "Oh, here we go again. The third time in this week".
