To talk continuously and/or at excessive length.
She jawed away for several minutes before introducing the main speaker.
He's funny, but he tends to jaw away. That creeps me out.
Peter's still jawing away, but I stopped listening a while ago.
Talk so much that the listener becomes exhausted or bored
Persistent talking; a "disorder" characterized by continuous talking.
If you talk the bark off the tree, you talk so much that bores or exhausts the listener.
The verb "jaw" should be conjugated according to its tense.
