To do something and give special attention to it
He makes a point of maintaining a healthy eating lifestyle.
I always make a point of checking the windows and doors before I leave home.
The verb "make" should be conjugated according to its tense.
Do you see anything wrong?
1. The phrase is used to talk about the earth that is broken up and flattened by a harrow.
2. If somebody is under the harrow, he or she is forced to experience distress, or torment.
