If you "push someone or something around in something", you push them from a place to another on a wheeled vehicle.
Mary is pushing her newborn baby around in a pink stroller in the park.
The medical staff has pushed a car accident victim around in a wheeled stretcher to a nearby hospital.
I enjoy pushing my doggy around in the skateboard.
The verb "push" should be conjugated according to its tense.
