Meaning of Voldemorting

Voldemorting noun

Voldemort, the primary antagonist in the Harry Potter series, in which his name is taboo and many characters avoid saying it for various reasons, often by instead calling him "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named."

The act of referring to someone or something on social media but not using their names in order not to draw attention to them or cause backlash from their fans or supporters.

I guess these people are discussing Donald Trump because I heard monikers like "the Cheeto" and "45", which are Voldemorting.

When mentioning Donal trump, I don't need to directly say his name instead what I would like to use is the Voldermorting of its, the Cheeto.

Origin of Voldemorting

The practice of Voldemorting was first characterized by Emily van der Nagel, social media researcher and lecturer at Monash University in Australia, though she credits coinage of the term itself to a 2013 discussion forum comment by user Eugene.
