Be (well) on the/(one's) way to/towards (something) phrase
If you are (well) on the/your way to/towards something, you have been working hard on it, and therefore you are about to attain it.
I'm well on my way to getting shredded. My body fat percentage is just 10%!

The verb "be" must be conjugated according to its tense.
